...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Marion,

southwestern Cass and southeastern Morris Counties through 530 PM

CDT...

At 450 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm

over Hughes Springs, or 20 miles east of Pittsburg, moving northeast

at 15 mph. Another strong storm was located over Avinger, and was

nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...

Daingerfield, Linden, Hughes Springs, Jenkins, Fairview and Avinger.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
