Milford Youth Lacrosse will hold its annual Wine Tasting Event from 6 to 10 p.m. on Monday, June 23, at SBC Restaurant at 22 New Haven Ave.
The donation of $25, or $40 for two people, will be taken at the door and brings plenty of outstanding wines donated by Paul Flynn from Nicolas Wines and great food by SBC Restaurant.
MYL will be presenting scholarships in the name of Charlie F. Boyle, who passed away in January of this year.
The Charlie F. Boyle Memorial Lacrosse Scholarship will be given to one senior lacrosse player from Jonathan Law and Foran High.
Boyle and family were the largest donors to fund the new lacrosse programs in both Milford high schools.
