Liam Fedigan came into the game closing out the third inning with a strikeout and continued pitching into the fifth, allowing only one run.
Kian McEnerney closed out the game with two strikeouts in the sixth.
The Indians offense was led by Cruz, who knocked in two runs in the fifth.
Fedigan followed this with another two RBI hit putting the Tribe up 4-1.
Cal Wrigley singled to start the sixth and McEnerney hit a long shot to center field to bat in the run.
