The Milford Recreation Department is accepting registrations for its Businessman’s Basketball Workout, which will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Parsons Complex Gymnasium through May 22.
This open gym basketball activity is open to both men and women who are either Milford residents or employees of Milford businesses. Lockers and showers are available.
All participants must be at least 25 years of age and must register in advance at milfordrecreation.com or at the Milford Recreation Department.
The registration fee is $30. Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis or until program maximums are met. Participants may now pay a drop in fee of $5 per visit, cash only.
The program will not meet on Oct. 13, Nov. 5, Nov. 6, Dec. 24, Dec. 26, Dec. 31, Jan. 19, Feb. 16-20, April 3 or April 13-17.
