The Milford Recreation Department in cooperation with Body Rock Bootcamps announces its spring Adult Bootcamps beginning on Monday, April 2.

The class is available to both residents and non-residents.
The class will teach you exercises and feature in-group training to help achieve a healthier lifestyle.
Body Rock’s Boot Camp classes offer a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. There is never a boring moment and the class will mix body weights, cardiovascular, interval and strength training all into one.
The bootcamp is at the Margaret Egan Center and will be held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the gym.
On Thursday the class will meet at the same time in Room 154 and on Friday, the class will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. back in the gym. Please be on time.
The monthly fee is $199 and you can as many classes as you wish.
For students with a valid ID, the class will be $129 and for a week-long pass, the fee is $60. There is a non-resident fee of $5 for anyone signing up from out of town.
