UConn-Maryland at Webster Bank Arena
Single-session tickets are now available for the Bridgeport Regional of the 2013 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship, which will take place on March 30 and April 1 at the Webster Bank Arena.
No. 1 seed University of Connecticut will play No. 4 Maryland in one semifinal.
No. 2 Kentucky will play No. 6 Delaware in the other semi.
“The ability for fans to come see an NCAA tournament game at the price we are offering is outstanding,” Howard Saffan, President of Harbor Yard Sports Entertainment, said.
“Our building is one of a kind, with the latest additions of the digital scoreboard and the 800-foot ribbon board.
“We are thrilled to be the host venue for the 2013 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Bridgeport Regional.”
With half of the building’s tickets already sold, single-session tickets are available for purchase starting at $34.50 for adults and $29.50 for students and senior citizens, with end zone single-session tickets available at $24.50 for adults and $19.50 for students and senior citizens.
Tickets can be purchased by logging onto the Ticketmaster web site or ncaa.com/tickets.

The regional semifinals on Saturday, March 30 will tip-off at 12 p.m. and approximately 2:30 p.m.
Monday’s regional final is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.
“The MAAC, Fairfield University and the Webster Bank Arena look forward to hosting a successful NCAA event in Bridgeport,” Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Commissioner Rich Ensor said.
“Fans from the area and throughout the country will have an opportunity to watch quality women’s college basketball as four teams vie to play in the 2013 NCAA Women’s Final Four in New Orleans.”
Fairfield and the Webster Bank Arena has previously hosted the Bridgeport Regional of the 2006 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship in addition to the first- and second-round games of the 2004, 2008 and 2012 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship, the East Regional of the 2009, 2011 and 2012 NCAA Division I Ice Hockey Championship, the 2011 Spark Energy MAAC Basketball Championships and the 2007 Bank of America MAAC Basketball Championships.
