Trinity Catholic football crushed by Killingly

KILLINGLY — Spencer Lockwood rushed for 245 yards and five touchdowns as Killingly remained undefeated with a 49-7 victory over Trinity Catholic Saturday afternoon in a non-league football game.

The Crusaders (2-6) scored the game’s first touchdown on Sam Aldof’s 79-yard pass to John Petrizzi in the first quarter. Aldof completed 17 of 29 passes for 259 yards with Jeffrey Bivona (96 yards) and Petrizzi (82) catching four passes apiece.

Zach Caffrey added 119 yards rushing and one touchdown and Josh Montpelier caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Luke Desaulnier for the Redmen (7-0).
