The Jonathan Law boys cross country team placed 12th at the Southern Connecticut Conference Championships on the 5K (3.1 mile) course at East Shore Park in New Haven on Thursday.

Michael Loschiavo paced coach Charlie Phillips’ Lawmen by placing 39th overall in a time of 17:56.

Tyler McKenna-Hansen was 56th (18:27) and Matt Marino 80th (19:21).

Nelson Gomes finished 82nd (19:28) and Dan Wasserman 85th (19:30).

Mayer Somalinga was 87th (19:33) and Cameron Pastir 96th (19:46.
