Herbie Pritchard and Antonio Gjuraj scored second half goals to boot the Jonathan Law boys soccer team to a 2-1 victory over East Haven on Wednesday.

“The boys stepped up when we needed to,” Law coach Donato Piselli said. “We created many opportunities, but somehow couldn’t find the net in the first half.

“Fortunately, we rallied in the second and got the result we were looking for.”

The Easties’ Brayan Lucero gave his club the halftime lead.

Kevin Linn had an assist for the Lawmen (1-1).

Joe Rommink and Jack Pincus-Coyle had three saves each.
