The third-seeded Jonathan Law girls soccer team defeated second-seeded Sheehan High, 3-0, in an SCC semifinal game in Wallingford on Monday.

Samara Thacker scored two goals and Jocelyn Wirth had one for coach J.D. Rhode’s Lady Lawmen, who will play top-seeded Daniel Hand for the title on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at West Haven High.

Wirth and Thacker had assists for Law, which took a 2-0 lead into the half.

Jillian Hall had eight saves in posting the shutout.
