Alex Pratcher captured the SCC East Sectional title in the 100-meter dash, when coach Joe Beler’s boys track team placed eighth in competition held in Woodbridge on Monday.

Pratcher’s time of 11.27 bettered Hillhouse’s Darius Wise by .07. The sophomore placed sixth in the 200-meter dash in 23.22.

Joe Mugford, Pratcher, Charles Fonck and Mike Plaskon were third in the 4x100 relay with a time of 45.17.

Kyle Krois was fifth in the pole vault at 11-00.

Glenn Orpiano was sixth in the 110 meter hurdles in 17.76 and 11th in the 300 hurdles in 46.38.

Justin Abe was seventh in the shot put (40-05.50) and 18th in the discus (83-05).

The 4x400 team of Orpiano, Matt Marino, Jason Baker and Fonck took seventh in 3:40.98.

Baker, Marino, Matt Paulus and Thomas Gambardella were seventh in the 4x800 (9:06.04).

Mark Dow was eighth in the shot put (40-04).

Jordan Beck was ninth in the long jump (18-01).

Cedrick Rigaud was ninth in the high jump (5-6).

Matt Mejia was 11th in the triple jump (36-02).

Matt Grace was 11th in the long jump (16-09) and 15th in the triple jump (33-05).

Fonck was 12th in the 400 (54.09).

Ryan Wasserman was 13th in the 1600 (5:00.06).

Jack Wootton was 14th in the 300 hurdles (46.71)

Marino was 14th in the 400 (54.60).

Andrew Paulus was 15th in the shot put (35-04.25) and 20th in the discus (82-02).

Ryan Pisacane was 15th in the pole vault (8-0).

Dean Pettway was 16th in the high jump (5-4).

Joe Coury was 17th in the triple jump (30-07).

Mike Lanzaro was 18th in the javelin throw (100-04).

Matt Zancewicz was 20th in the 1600 (5:09.72).

Joe Warzel was 21st in the javelin (59-01).

Mugford was 21st in the 200 (24.54).

Zack Anderson was 24th in the 400 (58.17).

In the 800, Gambardella was 21st (2:12.82), Baker 26th (2:18.94) and Paulus 27th (2:22.77).
