Indoor track: Jonathan Law stands out at SCC championshup

Jonathan Law set 12 personal records and broke one school record at the SCC Championships.

Amira Samih, Alexis Voytek, Midori Hughes and Emma Savoie set a new mark in the 4x800 for coach Joe Beler’s Lady Lawmen.

“Jackson Warters and Jonathan Contaxis both placed in the 55 high hurdles and high jump,” said Beler, whose boys and girls team will each send three relay’s to this Saturday’s Class M Championships

Qualify for the Lawmen are 4x200 (Alex Lazar, Chris Wootton, Jackson Warters, Naheim Washington); 4x800 (Fred Rosero, Mike Loschiavo, Chris Ramos, Dan Wasserman); 4x400 (Cole Zamora, Chris Wootton, Jackson Warters, Naheim Washington); 55M Naheim Washington, Alex Lazar; 55HH: Jackson Warters, Matt Lacadie; Pole Vault: Ethan Deer; High Jump: Jonathan Contaxis; 600m: Chris Wootton; 300m: Jackson Warters, Chris Wootton, Naheim Washington and 1600m: Mike Loschiavo.

Competing for the Lady Lawmen will be 4x200 (Jocelyn Wirth, Ashley Shaw, Abby Bernstein, Brooke Dillman); 4x800 (Amira Samih, Emma Savoie, Alexis, Voytek, Midori Hughes); SMR (Joceyln Wirth, Abby Bernstein, Amira Samih, Samantha Franzman); 55m: Joceyln Wirth, Brooke Dillman; Long Jump: Andriana Bruno; 55HH: Andriana Bruno and Shot Put: Emily Morey, Gina Baccamazzo.
