The Jonathan Law golf team has entered the midway point of the season with a 7-1 record.

According to head coach Andrew Koorejian, this is the best record for the Lawmen in nearly 20 years.

On Monday, April 25, the Lawmen faced Wilbur Cross and Hillhouse in a tri-match at Alling Memorial Golf Club.

Law defeated both teams: 177 to 217 (Cross) and 239 (Hillhouse).

Leading the Lawmen was Jake Mola, who earned medal honors with a 39.

Supporting him were Matt Marino 45, John Ralston 46 and Max Caserta 47.

On Thursday, April 28, the Lawmen defeated Hillhouse at Orange Country Club:  177 to 215.

Medal scores with shared by Marino, Brian Hayes and Ralston, who all shot 44.

Mola posted a 45.

The consistent play of captain's Mola and Caserta have been key.

Through eight matches, Mola has posted five medal scores and leads the team with the lowest stroke average at 43.

Caserta has been very consistent in each match and maintains a 47 average.

Marino and Ralston add depth to the group.

Marino has the second best average on the team with 46 and one medal score, while Ralston's average is 48 with one medal score.

Hayes has started in each match and has already posted two medal scores.
