The Foran High football team snapped a 21-21 halftime tie in the second half to defeat Sheehan High from Wallingford, 42-35, in Milford on Friday.

Jake Kasuba threw for thre touchdowns and ran for another, as coach Jeff Bevino’s Lions improved to 2-1.

Stephen Longley had two touchdowns against the 0-3 Titans.

Foran scored three times in the second quarter to forge the tie, with Kasuba (175 yards) running for a 2-yard score and passing (167 yards) to Pat Fitzgerald (42 yards) and Dave Enders (45 yards) for touchdowns.

Joe Radecki was perfect on six conversion kicks.

Longley had scoring runs of 5 yards in the third quarter and 17 yards in the final period to bracket Kasuba’s 15-yard touchdown pass to Fitzgerald.
