The Foran High girls swim team continued to compete in tight meets, as coach Kristin Skuches’ Lions (2-2) lost to Sacred Heart Academy (3-0) from Hamden by a score of 91-86 in New Haven on Tuesday.
Emma Longley took first in diving, Nicole Eschweiler won the 100 backstroke, Sarah Fitzgerald was best in the 100 breaststroke and Foran’s 400 relay team of Hannah Buckley, Eschweiler, Emily Sportini and Ava Corsi also placed first.
