Football: Sheehan High tops Jonathan Law, 33-6
Jonathan Law fell to the Sheehan Titans, 33-6, despite 107 yards rushing from Logan Danville and 67 yards and a touchdown from David Patrick, in an SCC football game in Wallingford on Friday night. The Lawmen finished with 190 yards on the ground. The loss drops the Lawmen to 0-8 this season. Sheehan is 3-5.
‘What I see is 15-year old kids that are committed to our program, who are great kids, who show up every day and do the very best that they can,” said Law coach Derrick Lewis. “It’s going to be a bright future on our end. A lot of our young guys, they’re doing things that they’ve never done physically, mentally or emotionally through the sport. I’m damn proud of them. I could care less about a record at this point.“
Zach Davis led the Titans with 271 total yards (183 rushing, 88 receiving) and four scores. Nolan Cloutier added 190 yards passing and three touchdowns.
