The Foran High boys swim team placed 14th at the Class M Championships in Middletown on Tuesday.

Pomperaug of Southbury won its 10th straight title with a score of 878. Brookfield (576) was second and Notre Dame of West Haven (426) third. Coach Kristin Skuches’ Lions score was 158.

Connor Quinn placed eighth in the 200 yard freestyle (1:49.91) and 16th in the 100 yard butterfly (58.84).

Andrew Corsi was 10th in the 100 yard breaststroke at 1:03.81 and took 23rd in the 100 yard freestyle (51.99).

Foran placed 11th in the 200 medley relay as Ethan Skuches, Corsi, Max Mauro and Sean Morton posted a time of 1:49.66.

Ethan Skuches took nearly four seconds off his seed time and was 13th in the 500-yard freestyle (5:04.78). He placed 18th in the 100 yard backstroke (59.82).

Morton, James Coon, Quinn and Corsi took 14th in the 200 freestyle relay (1:38.31).

Coon, Mauro, Ethan Skuches and Quinn were 15th in the 400 freestyle relay (3:42.54).

Mauro was 21st in the 100 butterfly (1:00.09).
