Law tops Sacred Heart Academy in girls swimming

Jonathan Law defeated Sacred Heart Academy 95-76 in girls’ swimming and diving on Tuesday.

Alexa Darak was a double winner for coach Rob Rosner in the season opener.

Darak placed first in the 200 IM (2:32.06) and 500-freestyle (5:54.08).

Emma Savoie won the 100-butterfly in 1:02.38.

The tandem joined with Katie Servas and Natalia Gagliardi to take the 200-medley relay (2:09.14).

Aislinn Burns was best in the 100-freestyle (1:05.71).

Moira Staples, Burns, Gianna Gagliardi and Macie Rascoll won the 200-freestyle relay (1:59.36).

Rascoll was second in the 200 free and the 500 free.

Staples was second and Michaela Sullivan third in the 100 free.

Sacred Heart Academy’s Kaia Michaud took first in the 50-freestyle (27.93) and 100-backstroke (1:12.94).

Chloe Retuya won the 100-breaststroke (1:23.69).

Kate Marquis, Michelle Chacko, Sydney Simms and Victoria Demagistris were first in the 400-freestyle relay (4:51.09).
