Law's Caden Simpson first at SCC track championships

Caden Simpson was meet champion in the 100 high hurdles (16.68) and Law track set a pair of school records at the SCC track championships in New Haven.

Law boys placed sixth and girls were seventh. Hand won the boys’ title. Sheehan win first in the girls’ meet.

Chris Wootton, Jackson Warters, Ethan Harrigan and Thomas Bretthauser broke the mark at 3:27.90 with a second-place finish in the 4x400 relay.

Eira Rodriguez, Shelby Green, Hannah Rascoll and Katie Konareski raced a school best 10:10.99 to place fourth in the 4x800.

Wootton was second in the 400 (51.79), Waters in the 300 intermediate hurdles (41.57) and Simpson in the 300 IM (48.46).

Naheim Washington placed third in the triple jump at 41-11 feet.

Bretthauser, Shane Pritchard, Wootton and Harrigan were third in the 4x100 (44.56).
