Foran girls cross country sixth at Neubauer Invitational

The Foran girls’ cross country team, led by a strong group of underclassmen, finished in sixth place at the 32nd annual Neubauer Invitational in Wallingford.

Adrianna Gonzalez, a freshman, was 15th in 23:08.80 for coach Shannon Ramsey’s Lions.

Alexandria Regan, another freshman, took 18th with a time of 23:21.60.

Junior Nora Hayes was 24th in 23:49.50.

Classmate Grace Foley placed 27th in 23:58.20.

Seniors Quincy Ercanbrack was 41st in 25:57.50.

Senior Amelia McGonigle took 52nd with a time of 28:26.30.

Portland won the team title. East Hampton was second and Law third.
