Currently, the studio is outfitted with a bathroom and a kitchenette, as well as cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and exposed beams, according to Sotheby’s. In total, there are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms spread across 3,112 square feet of living space and three “antique” buildings, the listing notes.
