Listed for $2.495 million, the home on 2 Old Mill Road is down the street from Old Mill Beach and about a one-mile walk from Westport’s Compo Beach. Both beaches are in season from May 1 through Sept. 30, and Westport residents can access the beaches by purchasing an annual beach sticker.
