I have strived to learn every aspect of the position and love what I do each day. I have attended professional development sessions, network with City Clerks statewide, and belong to regional\/state City Clerk\u2019s associations, where I interact with peers. The City Clerk\u2019s office continues to offer superb customer service. I learned as a youngster working in my family business, Lasse\u2019s Restaurant, to interact with the public. My experience and knowledge of business gives me the foundation to continue to be successful as your City Clerk. What do you hope to accomplish? As City Clerk I have set goals and strategies for continuous improvement. My vision is clear; the Milford City Clerk\u2019s office needs to be transparent in setting forth the goals for the diverse needs of our community. I continue to strive to develop state of the art technologies to provide vital information and services to all that visit the Milford City Clerk\u2019s office. These initiatives include: \u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Expansion of digital platforms \u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0On-line services \u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Providing efficient record retention and retrieval \u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Outstanding customer interaction on all levels Expansion of the digital platforms is a major transition and continues to make my work genuine and meaningful. I look forward to ongoing implementation of improvements to the City Clerk website. I will continue to transform the ever-growing needs of the City Clerk\u2019s office to insure it is a model for other towns and cities.
