Cops: Man assaulted with baseball bat in Milford home
MILFORD - Two people were arrested after alleged assaults at an East Broadway residence on Wednesday night.
Police were called to the home around 9 p.m. on a report of an “unwanted male” in the home.
Anthonty Checca, 57, of East Broadway, was charged with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and breach of peace.
Police said Checca is accused of “assaulting an unwanted male with a baseball bat when the male refushed to leave the property.”
Katherine Braccio, 50, of Sunnyside Court, is accused of assaulting Checca with her hands after he assaulted the unwanted male with the bat.
Chessa was held on a $5,000 bond.
Both Checca and Braccio will appear in court on Feb. 11.
