Angelina \u201cTootsie\u201d Giguere, age 91, of Huntsville, Alabama, and formerly of Milford, Connecticut, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012. She was the widow of Antonio D Giguere, who was the former Finance Director for the city of Milford.Mrs. Giguere was born on April 26, 1921 in North Adams, Massachusetts to the late John and Veronica (Charron) Sebastino. A devoted wife and mother, she is survived by her\u00a0three children, Marlene Galipeau of Huntsville, Alabama; Robert Giguere of Waterbury, Connecticut; and Sharon Fowler of Jefferson City, Missouri. She is also survived by three sisters, Jean LeClair, Carol Gaffey, and Theresa Bechard, all of North Adams, Massachusetts; as well as seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.Tootsie will be remembered as an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox. She was also a longtime member of St. Mary\u2019s Roman Catholic Church.Calling hours are from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at the Smith & Sefcik Funeral Home, 135 Broad Street, Milford, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. following the calling hours in St, Mary\u2019s Church, Gulf St., Milford.
