Obituary: Sandra L. Barbin Kozloski, 50, of Stratford

Sandra L. Barbin Kozloski, 50, of Stratford beloved wife of Mark W. Kozloski passed away suddenly on February 11, 2014 in Yale New Haven Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Sandra was born on October 5, 1963 in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late LeRoy A. and Mary Russin Barbin.

She was an employee of the Sodexo Food Services for several years.

Sandra enjoyed crafts, ceramics, organizing craft fairs, donating her time volunteering at Sterling House for many years and reading to children with her therapeutic dog.

In addition to her cherished husband Mark of 28 years, Sandra is also survived by two sons, Andrew M. Kozloski and wife Caitlin of Hamden and Blake L. Kozloski of Stratford, one brother, LeRoy J. Barbin and wife Christine of Milford, two nieces, Christa and Laura Barbin, and mother-in-law Lorraine Kozloski of Stratford.

In addition to her beloved parents, Sandra was also predeceased by her father-in-law, William Kozloski.

Funeral services will be held on Friday February 14, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home 2220 Main Street Stratford and at 10:30 AM in St. James Church 2070 Main Street Stratford where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Bruce Roby. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-7 P.M. in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home.
