June Sampson, of Milford, died on Sunday, November 16th.
June was born in Erie, PA on August 31, 1941 to the late Saint Clair and Marjorie Ludwig Griffith.
June worked as a waitress and manager at the Bridgeport Flyer Diner in Milford for over 40 years.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Her vivacious spirit, infectious smile, and kind heart touched all who know her.
Survivors include her children, Cori Sampson and Melanie Mahon (Edward), a brother, Gerald Griffith, two grandchildren, Crystal Lee Paul and Shawn Michael Paul and two nieces, Marnie Davis and Marla Griffith.
Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, November 20th from 4:00PM-7:00PM in The Gregory F Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home at 6:30PM led by Reverend Anne Marie Meyerhoffer of the United Presbyterian Church of Milford. Interment will be private.
