Henry C. Artman, 73, of North Haven formerly of Milford, beloved husband of Ann Giglio Artman, passed away on November 25.
Born on June 20, 1941 in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Henry F. and Alice Artman.
Henry attended Milford High School and retired from the US Post Office. Previously, he was employed by Robert Shaw and Peerless Aluminum Foundry.
He was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees, an avid golfer and bowler, state championship doubles in badminton and enjoyed playing football and baseball.
In addition to his loving wife Ann, Henry is survived by his daughters Christine Artman, Robin Artman Karr (Kevin) and Dawn Artman Gamboa (Marco), stepson Anthony Giglio, and grandchildren Sarah, Heather and Regina Karr and Tyrese Artman. He is also survived by his sister Eleanor Iannarone (Michael).
Henry was predeceased by his brother Donald Artman and nephews Michael and Christopher Iannarone.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 1st at 11:00 AM at Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street, Milford, CT 06460. Burial will follow immediately after at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven, CT. Friends and family may call on Sunday, November 30th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cody-White Funeral Home.
