Dorothy Simpson, age 82, of Milford, beloved wife of Charles Simpson for 56 years, died peacefully on Tuesday, April 22 with her family by her side.
Mrs. Simpson was born in New Haven, CT on November 29, 1931 to the late William and Lillian Mooney Chandler.
She loved her family and always enjoyed traveling with her husband.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Simpson of Milford, two grandchildren, Johnathan and Jacquelyn Novak, sister, June Murphy of West Haven and several nieces and nephews.
Dorothy is predeceased by her sister, Lillian Kulenski.
Services will be private. The Gregory F Doyle Funeral Home, Milford is in charge of arrangements.
