To the Editor:
In a daily newspaper article on Aug. 13, Tom Foley said he would need two terms as governor to get the state on track.
Why should Dan Malloy only have four years to turn around the policies and actions from over 20 years of Republican led governorships and Tom Foley be elected as governor and held to a different standard? Based on Mr. Foley’s statement, the only logical action to take is to reelect Governor Malloy for another four years.
Connecticut is moving in the right direction under Governor Malloy’s leadership. He has many accomplishments, specific policies and plans as well as extensive governing experience. Can you say the same for Mr. Foley?
