To the Editor:

Regarding the Hot Air column in the September 5, 2013 issue of The Milford Mirror, which provides part of the history of the Beaverbrook Marsh property, the Milford Conservation Commission would like to correct a misstatement made in the article.

While the story is helpful in clarifying the history of the property, I must point out that as of now the Grillo development plans have not yet been submitted to the Conservation Commission for review and therefore the commission has taken no official position on those plans.

At the proper time in the process, the nine members of the Conservation Commission will review the plans and offer any appropriate comments.

Bill Poutray,

Chairman,

Milford Conservation Commission
