Karl Paul Mones, 57, of Trumbull, adventurer, husband of Ann Marie Laukkanen Mones, died March 7.

Born Sept. 1, 1958, in Bridgeport, son of the late Carl August and Kathe Mones; enjoyed various occupations including paint store manager, research laboratory technician, and regional manager for a petroleum company.

Besides his wife, survivors include two sons, Adam Mones of New York and Kyle Mones of Enfield, two stepchildren, two sisters, Karen Ambrum and her husband, Richard of Vero Beach, Fla. and Suzan Mohnes of Milford, an aunt and a niece.

Visiting hours: Saturday, March 19, 11-noon, Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull followed by a service at noon.
