At its regular business meeting on Dec. 8, the Milford Board of Education presented a plaque to Dr. Elizabeth Feser, Superintendent of the Milford Public Schools, for being named Superintendent of the Year for the state of Connecticut. The award was bestowed upon Dr. Feser by the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents (CAPSS) at the CAPSS Annual Meeting in November.
