Milford students in the news

Marisa Pedron of Milford has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2014 semester at Iona College. This marks her third straight semester on the dean’s list. Pedron is a sophomore mass communications major with a concentration in broadcast media, with a film minor.
A group of Eastern Connecticut State University students was recently inducted into Alpha Mu Alpha, Eastern's chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, the national honor society for the study of history.
Bethany Niebanck of Milford was one of the inductees. Niebanck's major is History.
The society promotes the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians.
Milford native Christian V. Baglini was recently inducted into Stonehill College's Honor Society Lambda Epsilon Sigma. Baglini is a member of the Class of 2015 and a neuroscience major.
Brooke Jenney of Milford recently participated in the 2015 Juried Student Art and Design Exhibition at The University of Findlay. Jenney showcased her creativity in digital photography.
More than 160 students presented their undergraduate research at Keene State College's 15th Annual Academic Excellence Conference on April 11. Andrew Deluke of Milford presented on the topic Reliability of ImPACT Score in Athletes with ADHD/ADD and/or LD.
