Shannan Carlson is the interim supervisor for district improvement for the Milford Board of Education, replacing Gail Krois who is serving as principal at Meadowside School this year.
Carlson is currently assistant principal at Harborside Middle School.
Prior to being named to that position she served as a social studies teacher at East Shore Middle School and Foran High School and was the district coordinator for implementing the advisory program in 2011-2012.
