Editor's Note: A press release announcing this event stated it was scheduled for Friday, Nov. 7. The correct date is Saturday, Nov. 7.

The Mighty Milford Hoopsters will battle the Harlem Wizards, sponsored by Milford Bank, at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at  Jonathan Law High School in Milford in the main gymnasium.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

This annual event is a fundraiser for the Devon Rotary Club. Proceeds benefit the organization’s charitable trust foundation that distributes over $25,000 in annual scholarships to local Milford students.

Watch favorite local celebrities including Law and Foran's principals, and superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Feser, as they work hard to help the Devon Rotary raise money for scholarships. This family friendly event has been entertaining Milford’s youth for many years.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.harlemwizards.com in advance for $12 for students and $14 for adults. Tickets at the door will be $2 additional, if available.

Other ticket options include reserved seating (front row center court) for $20, courtside tickets  for $30, which includes a meeting with The Wizards one hour prior to the game and a discount on merchandise.

The first 100 tickets sold will be entered into a drawing to win courtside tickets and there will also be a drawing for parents to play in the game ($1 for each entry).

Refreshment and souvenirs will be sold at the game and there will be a free autograph session with the wizards immediately following the game.
