Disorderly conduct Milford police responded to a Birch Place residence on the complaint of domestic violence, arresting Jesse Alfano, 29, of Milford on Aug. 11. Police accuse Alfano of shoving a female acquaintance off the bed when he discovered her looking through his cell phone. Alfano is charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 for court on Aug. 12. Discharging a firearm A Milford man was charged with reckless endangerment and unlawful discharge of a firearm Aug. 14 after police said he fired his gun into the air at the intersection of High Street and West Main Street. According to police, at about 1:15 a.m. Kenneth Caluori, 30, of 26 Golden Hill Street called 911 and said he was confronted by a man who stood in the road waving his arms for Caluori to stop his vehicle. The man appeared to be in distress but after Caluori stopped his vehicle the man was antagonizing Caluori into a fight, police said. The man approached Caluori\u2019s vehicle in a threatening manner, concealing his hand behind his back as if he had a weapon, according to a police report. Caluori then pulled out a handgun, which he has a permit to carry, and fired a round into the air to stop the man from approaching further. The man then ran off and hid. Police said the man was found by police and found not to possess a weapon. He was sent to the hospital for a medical examination. While speaking with officers Caluori admitted to having a beer earlier in the evening, police said. So his charges stem from carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol, according to the police report. He was released from police custody on his promise to appear in court Sept. 8. Narcotics MIlford police arrested Daniel Capasso, 28, of Milford after officers made a motor vehicle stop on New Haven Avenue on Aug. 13. Capasso, who was a passenger in the vehicle, is accused of being in possession of two small bags containing crack cocaine and a glass pipe. Capasso is charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 8. Cocaine Milford police arrested Adriana Ciarleglio, 24, of West Haven on drug charges after vice unit officers\u00a0observed suspicious activity inside a vehicle parked in a lot near Boston Post Road and Roses Mill Road on Aug.13. During the investigation, police say drug-related paraphernalia was observed in the car. Detectives deployed their narcotics trained \u00a0K-9, Cedar, to assist with the investigation. Cedar located a bag of cocaine on Ciarleglio\u2019s body. According to police, marijuana was also located inside the car. Ciarleglio is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 8. Heroin Milford police arrested Hilary Desiderato, 27, of Oxford and Justine Gettig, 28, of Waterbury on drug charges Aug. 14 after vice unit officers on patrol noticed suspicious activity in a vehicle parked in a lot on Bridgeport Avenue near Exit 34. According to police, the occupants of the vehicle admitted to using narcotics prior to detectives approaching them. Detectives deployed police K-9 Cedar to sniff the suspect\u2019s vehicle. Cedar alerted to two separate areas inside of the car where several folds of heroin and related paraphernalia were located. Both Desiderato and Gettig are charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 8. Breach of peace Milford police arrested Christopher Wesolowski, 25, of Milford on Aug. 16 after they\u00a0investigated a complaint of domestic violence from an incident that occurred earlier in the evening at a Berwyn Street residence. Police accuse Wesolowski of grabbing his girlfriend by the arms and pushing her to the ground during an argument. Wesolowski is charged with breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 17. Disorderly conduct Milford police arrested Ronald Lucido, 26, of Shelton on Aug. 16 after they received a complaint of domestic violence. Investigation led to the arrest of Lucido who police accused of slapping his girlfriend in the face and later grabbing her arms in a forceful manner. Lucido is charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 17. Assault Milford police arrested Connor Cadrin, 19, of Milford on Aug. 16 after receiving a complaint of domestic violence at a Pond Point Avenue address. Investigation led to the arrest of Cadrin, who is accused of punching a male resident in the face several times. Cadrin is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 17. Harassment Milford police issued an arrest warrant for Drewel Foschini, 27, of East Haven and took custody of him on Aug. 15 in regard to an active warrant for his arrest. Foschini is accused of harassing an ex-girlfriend via phone calls. He is charged with second-degree harassment and was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 17. Trespassing Milford police arrested Jarlik Evans, 21, of Meriden on Aug. 14 after police responded to the CT Post Mall on a complaint of a trespassing. Investigation led to the arrest of Evans, who was previously banned from mall property and was violating the ban by being there. During the course of being removed by mall security, Evans threatened bodily harm to a security guard. Evans is charged with first-degree criminal trespass, first-degree threatening and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $5,000 for court on Sept. 8.
