Police charged a Milford man with public indecency Nov. 7 after he allegedly exposed himself outside McDonalds at Turnpike Square
Police said Angel Rivera, 28, of 91 Ridge Street was inside his vehicle outside of McDonalds when he exposed himself and touched himself inappropriately at about 3 a.m. An employee inside was able to see him.
Rivera also was charged with breach of peace. He was held in police custody on $5,000 bond.
