Police arrested a Milford man on a warrant Sept. 24 for allegedly operating a drug factory at his home.
According to police Timothy Yankee, 33, of Field Court, was arrested and charged with operating a drug factory, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
Police were in Yankee’s house on July 20, when they received a complaint about a domestic disturbance at the home. When they were inside, they allegedly found several marijuana plants, cultivation equipment and drug paraphernalia.
Yankee was released from police custody on a promise to appear in court Oct. 21.
