Milford Police Reports: March 14

Violation of probation
Milford police took custody of Raymond Daneault, 60, of Milford on a warrant for his arrest on March 3. Police accuse Daneault of violating his court-appointed probation.
Daneault is charged with violation of probation.
Bond was set at $1,000 for court on March 31.
Milford police arrested Gabriel Brooks, 41, of Gary, Ind., on a variety of charges after he was apprehended for assaulting his spouse inside a local motel room on March 3.
Police accuse Brooks of damaging his spouse’s cell phone and throwing her to the ground, causing her to hit her head. Brooks also allegedly damaged the Rowe Avenue motel room after throwing the victim’s personal belongings against the wall.
During his booking process at the police department, Brooks allegedly urinated on the floor during two separate occasions. Police say Brooks refused to be fingerprinted during his arrest.
He is charged with third-degree assault, three counts of disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call, and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements.
Brooks was held at the time of his arrest on a $5,000 bond.
Milford police arrested Nicole Forsythe, 31, of Milford and Ryan Granata, 31, of West Haven on March 7 after they received a complaint regarding a disturbance between companions at a Bridgeport Avenue residence.
Investigation led to the arrests of Granata and Forsythe, who are accused of engaging in a physical altercation with each other.
Police say Granata allegedly took the house phone so Forsythe could not call police for assistance during the altercation.
Granata is charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Bond for Granata was set at $500 for court on March 9.
Forsythe is charged with disorderly conduct.
