Burglary
Milford police issued an arrest warrant and apprehended John Kraszewski, 47, of Milford on Dec. 2 after they concluded an investigation into a Sept. 18 complaint regarding a vehicle that had been broken into at 433 Old Gate Lane.
Investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Kraszewski for his alleged involvement in the theft of $680 worth of property and $400 in damages to the vehicle.
Kraszewski is charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny, and related conspiracy charges.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 30.
Larceny
Milford police issued an arrest warrant and took custody of Jarred Garrison, 29, of Milford on Dec. 3 after they concluded an investigation of a Sept. 13 larceny complaint that occurred at 50 Overton Avenue.
Police accuse Garrison of taking property valued at $797 from a relative’s home.
He is charged with fifth-degree larceny and was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 30.
Firearm charge
Milford police arrested a Milford man on Dec. 3 after they received a complaint regarding a firearm being discharged at a Brooklawn Drive residence.
Police accuse Vincent Pinto, 69, of Milford of discharging a handgun illegally. The bullet, police say, penetrated through the exterior wall of the home and struck a vehicle parked in a neighboring property.
Following an investigation, police issued an arrest warrant for Pinto, who is charged with illegal discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal mischief.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 30.
Weapon and drugs
Milford police arrested Frank Gallipoli III, 32, of Orange on weapon and drug charges after he attempted to elude capture on Dec. 5.
Police say an officer observed a vehicle traveling on Woodmont Road with an equipment violation. As the officer attempted to stop the vehicle, Gallipoli left the area traveling at an unreasonable speed, disobeying the officer’s signals and a stop sign.
Police later located the vehicle and took Gallipoli into police custody. During the stop, police found Gallipoli in possession of plastic fabricated brass knuckles, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana.
Gallipoli is charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, failure to obey a stop sign, defective rear lamps, engaging in pursuit, and driving at an unreasonable speed.
Bond was set at $1,500 for court on Dec. 30.
