Milford police arrested Timothy Donzella, 26, of West Haven on drug charges after an officer observed a vehicle disregard two red traffic lights on the Boston Post Road near West Avenue on June 12.
During the stop, police found Donzella in possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Donzella is charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and failure to obey traffic control signal.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 8.
