Police investigating vandalism on west side

The Milford Police Department is investigating several vandalism cases that have occurred at public places on the west side of the city.

The incidents began in September and have continued into November, police said. A majority of the acts have consisted of an upside down cross spray painted or drawn in marker.

Also, some other types of graffiti have consisted of the wording “Woodland C.”

The areas targeted have been playgrounds at schools, Silver Sands State Park and Mondo Trails on West Avenue.
