The Milford Police Department Narcotics and Vice Unit reportedly interrupted a drug deal Sept. 18 at about 5 p.m. in the parking lot of 7 Eleven at 517 Boston Post Road and arrested several area residents, including two Milford men, on drug charges.

According to a police report, detectives interrupted John Davis, 26, of 605 Soundview Avenue, Bridgeport selling 25 bags of heroin and crack cocaine to Sean Becker, 38, of 68 Dogwood Lane, Fairfield, Stephen Zawadski, 42, of 70 Boylston Street, Milford  and Scott Gordon, 40, of 96 West Main Street, Milford.

Detectives used K-9 Cedar, the department’s narcotics detection dog, to assist with the investigation. Cedar located additional bags of crack cocaine hidden inside Davis’ vehicle, police said.

Davis was charged with possession of narcotics  and possession with the intent to sell. His bond was set at $10,000 for a court appearance Sept. 21.

Becker was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess narcotics. His bond was set at $2,500 for a court appearance Oct. 13.

Zawadski was charged with possession of narcotics and conspiracy to possess narcotics. He was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 13.

Gordon was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to possess narcotics. He also was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 13.
