Milford police arrest second suspect in Target conspiracy

Milford police charged a second person with conspiracy to commit larceny at the Target store located at the CT Post Mall. Police arrested Shneil Myers, 20, of West Haven on March 16 after they concluded an investigation into a complaint regarding an employee theft that occurred in December 2014.
Investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Myers who is charged with taking merchandise that was illegally marked down by an acquaintance working as a cashier. Myers was not employed by Target. The total value for the illegal markdowns was $1,470.01.
Myers is charged with fourth-degree larceny and fourth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny. Myers was released on a promise to appear in court on April 14.
