Milford Police Reports: April 29

Disorderly conduct
Milford police issued an arrest warrant for Shatalia Taft, 24, of New Haven after they concluded an investigation into an April 15 complaint about a suspicious person opening a window of a Harrison Avenue residence.
Police say Taft was attempting to locate a former companion who resides there. During the investigation police found that Taft was in violation of a protective order issued against her by the court, resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.
Taft is charged with violating a protective order and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.
Public indecency
Milford police issued an arrest warrant for Jeremy Wilson, 25, of Bridgeport on April 22, accusing him of exposing his genitals to a store clerk in March.
Police say they received a complaint regarding a male exposing himself to an employee of the Gap store on March 12.
Investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Wilson, who is accused of exposing his genitalia to an employee of the Gap.
Wilson is charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace.
Bond was set at $2,500 for court on May 19.
Drug offense
Milford police arrested Christopher Culhane, 35, of Monroe on April 11 after an officer stopped an unregistered vehicle operated by Culhane traveling on Old Gate Lane. During the stop, police say, they found Culhane in possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Culhane is charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without a license.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 19.
Drug offense
Milford police arrested Nicole Robinson, 31, of West Haven after a police officer stopped her vehicle on Bridgeport Avenue. During the stop, police found Robinson in possession of crack cocaine.
Robinson is charged with possession of narcotics. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 19.
Probation violation
Milford police took custody of Danielle Libor, 33, of Milford regarding two outstanding warrants for her arrest. Police accuse Libor of violating conditions of her court-appointed probation.
She is charged with two counts of violating her probation.
Bond was set at $5,000 for court on May 5.
Assault
Milford police arrested Crystal Strain, 20, of Milford for assault on April 26 after they received a complaint regarding a disturbance at a Liberty Street residence.
Investigation led to the arrest of Strain, who is accused of attempting to strike a relative and taking the phone from her when she was trying to call 911.
Police say a computer check revealed that Strain had an outstanding warrant for her arrest regarding an incident that occurred on March 31 at a Bridgeport Avenue residence. During that incident, Strain is accused of assaulting an acquaintance and damaging her property.
Strain is charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, and third-degree criminal mischief.
Bond was set at $500 for court on April 27 and May 26.
