DUI
Milford police issued an arrest warrant for Gary Crolla, 63, of Milford after they concluded an investigation into a December 2014 complaint regarding a motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of Woodmont Road and Old Gate Lane.
Further investigation revealed that Crolla was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Crolla is charged with DUI and driving with no insurance.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.
Employee theft
Milford police issued an arrest warrant and took custody of Stephen Pintek, 36, of Bridgeport on March 24 after they concluded their investigation into a November 2014 complaint of employee theft from a Milford business.
Police accuse Pintek of using his company-issued credit card to make 51 unauthorized purchases from August to November 2014 for $2,364.19.
Pintek is charged with third-degree larceny.
He was held on $5,000 bond at the time of his arrest.
Disorderly conduct
Milford police arrested Deronda Parks, 45, of Bridgeport on March 25 after they received a complaint of a disturbance that occurred at a Leighton Road business.
Investigation led to the arrest of Parks, who is accused of striking her companion and causing a disturbance at the business. Parks is charged with disorderly conduct.
She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 26.
Drug offense
Milford police arrested John Jaser, 33, of West Haven March 26 after an officer stopped a vehicle operated by Jaser for a motor vehicle violation.
During the stop, police found Jaser in possession of a prescription medication not stored properly.
Jaser is charged with possession of a narcotic not stored in original container.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 21.
Violation of restraining order
Milford police took custody of Robert Finnimore, 52, of Milford on March 26 regarding two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
The first warrant accuses Finnimore of violating conditions of a court-issued restraining order in January 2015 by texting his former spouse. The second warrant accuses Finnimore of failing to appear in court on March 20 for charges stemming from an arrest on Feb.. 26 for stalking and violating a restraining order.
Finnimore is charged with violation of a restraining order and first-degree failure to appear in court.
Finnimore was held at the time of his arrest on a $55,000 bond.
DUI
Milford police arrested Amy Levesque, 30, of West Haven on March 29 after they received a complaint regarding a vehicle that struck a fence on Schoolhouse Road.
During the investigation, police found that Levesque was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Subsequent to her arrest, a Breathalyzer test revealed that Levesque had an elevated blood alcohol content.
Levesque is charged with DUI. Bond was set at $500 for court on April 23.
DUI
Milford police arrested Donald Mackey, 58, of Enfield for DUI on March 30 after an officer observed a vehicle operated by Mackey not driving in the established lane on Woodruff Road.
During a stop of the vehicle, police found that Mackey was operating under the influence. Mackey is charged with DUI, unsafe backing and failure to drive right.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.
