Police charged Robert Gulyban, 20, of Fern Street with reckless endangerment for allegedly giving alcohol and marijuana to a 20-year-old acquaintance who police found roaming the street without a coat on in very cold temperatures.

Police said they received a complaint Feb. 16 at about 7 p.m. regarding a disturbance at a Fern Street residence. When they arrived, they said they found Gulyban’s friend disoriented and walking in the street with no coat on. She was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation.

According to a police report, Gulyban did not comply with the police officers during the investigation. In addition to reckless endangerment, he was charged with interfering with police, permitting a minor to illegally possess alcohol, illegal sale of liquor and procuring liquor for a minor. He was held in police custody on $1,000 bond.
