A Texas man was arrested for allegedly calling a Milford woman about 80 times a day and leaving obscene voicemails for her.
According to police, Charles Carroll, 36, of White Settlement, Tx., was arrested on a warrant Sept. 26 and charged with second degree harassment.
He was released from police custody on his promise to appear in court today, Sept. 27.
