Kids Care: MLK Jr. Service Day Project is on Jan. 20 from 1-4 p.m. at the Norwalk Historical Society Museum, 141 East Avenue, Norwalk. This free family-friendly service day project supports the non-profit Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants. Participants will create welcome bags for immigrants and refugees settling into Connecticut. Children will also create cards and decorate the bags.
